I worked with the Manifold Public Design team to complete initial discovery research and to create a refreshed brand identity and streamlined content strategy for the growing arts advocacy organization based in St. Paul, MN.
Discovery Interviews
During the first phase of my work with Springboard, I interviewed five employees and five artists and community leaders about their impressions, ideas for improvement, and interactions with the organization. This series of interviews helped us to identify issues with Sprinboard’s outreach and communication and address them in an updated content strategy.
Market Review
I worked with Springboard’s Executive Leadership Team to identify five similar and aspirational organizations to study. The objective of this review was to assess the digital footprint of these organizations and determine opportunities for Springboard to improve. Review the full analysis and recommendations here.
